Plovdiv-Bachkovo Monastery-Plovdiv Plovdiv, the second most important city in Bulgaria. The visitor can visit the Old Plovdiv with its typical houses of 18th and 19th centuries or simply to walk across the narrow streets for enjoying the charm of the city. The city is situated on both banks of Maritza river and surrounded by three hills: “Trimontium”. In the afternoon will be visited Bachkovo Monastery, the second in importance in Bulgaria. It was built in 1083. Return to Plovdiv

Plovdiv-Kazanlak-Etara-Veliko Tarnovo.
Departure to Kazanlak, the capital of the valley of the roses and of the valley of the Thracian kings. It is a center of the industry of the oil of roses. Visit of the Memorial Church in Shipka and the Ethnographic Museum Etar. Arrival at Veliko Tarnovo. Accommodation and overnight.

Veliko Tarnovo-Arbanassi-Sofia
Panoramic city tour of this ancient city. Departure to Arbanassi ancient residence of wealthy merchants during 16th and 18th centuries. Visit of the typical House-Fortress and the Nativity Church. Come back to Sofia. Accommodation and overnight
