1st day

Sofia. Arrival in Sofia and accommodation

2nd day

Departure to Ruse. Lunch on route. Visit to the Rock Monasteries of Ivanovo (World Heritage) are located on a fantastic landscape - rock massifs, flanking the picturesque valley of the river Roussenski Lom, 23 kilometres south-west of the city of Rousse. Accommodation. If the climatic conditions allow it, possibility of excursion by ship for the Danube river.

3rd day

Sveshtari-Sreberna Silistra
Departure to Sveshtari (World Heritage). This 3rd century B.C. Thracian tomb reflects the fundamental structural principles of Thracian cult buildings. The decoration of the burial chamber is exceptionally interesting, a unique blend of art and architecture. The stone architrave, around the walls, is supported by ten caryatids.
Visit of the reserve of Sreberna (World Heritage) The reserve is located at 2 km to the south of the Danube river and it occupies an area of 600 ha. It comprises the Sreburna Lake and its adjoining territories. This is one of the most interesting damp zones in Europe with is unique variety of plants and animal species.Continue to Silistra. Overnight

4th day

Silistra-Balchik-Aladja-Varna
Departure to Balchik. The 2,600 year old Balchik (formerly known as the city of Dionysos - Dionysopolis) is a small but very romantic Bulgarian seaside town. One of the most interesting places in the vicinity of the town is the Palace “Quiet Nest” - a modest building that was the summer residence of the Romanian queen. The place is famous mainly for its exotic Botanical garden - the biggest and most diverse in the Balkans.Lunch.
Visit of the Aladzha Monastery:the rock formations of the Aladzha Monastery are located in the forests of the Golden Sands Nature Park. The caves, hewn into the high sheer rock cliffs, date back to the 9th century. There was a monastery complex here in the period 13th- 18th century. The most well-preserved cave is the one which was a chapel and has mural paintings dating from the 14th century. Arrival in Varna. Overnight in Varna.

5th day

Varna.
Panoramic city tour of Varna . Lunch with wine degustation. Free afternoon

6th day

Nessebar-Pomorie-Burgas
Departure to Nessebar (World Heritage). The ancient Mesembria is situated on a rocky peninsula on the Black Sea. The more than 3000 years old site of Nessebar was originally a Thracian settlement (Messembria). Nessebar is one of the oldest towns in Europe. Lunch
Pomorie.This city is a health resort known for the medicinal mud. Among the interesting sites to be visit id the Dome Thracian Tomb and the salt Museum.
Arrival in Burgas. Overnight

7th day

Sozopol-Plovdiv
Departure to Sozopol, the ancient Apolonia was founded by greeks in the 7th century BC. Continue to Plovdiv. Lunch and accommodation.

8th day

Plovdiv
Walking panoramic tour of Old Plovdiv. Lunch and departure to Sofia. Overnight in Sofia.

9th day

Transfer to the airport
